The B&B
Located in the heart of the Tarn region, just a stone’s throw from the towns of Lavaur and Gaillac, the gîte offers 185m² of living space, including 4 large, comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining room and a 4000m² outdoor area on the edge of a forest and fields.

The rooms
The gîte comprises 4 large bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, each with a double bed.
Two additional single beds are also available in one of the bedrooms.
The kitchen area
The kitchen/dining room of the house is a large central room of 45m2, with a large bay window opening onto the terrace.
It is fully equipped, with a superb Lacanche cooking piano (5 burners and 2 ovens).
An office and a cosy lounge are also accessible from the first floor.
The bathrooms
Two bathrooms and two WCs are available in the gîte.
The ground floor bathroom features a large bathtub with integrated shower.
The upstairs bathroom has a toilet and shower.
The exteriors
Situated in the middle of the countryside, with no roads, the house will offer you a most soothing setting. With 4,000m2 of land and an adjoining forest, you’ll be able to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature.
In the garden, play areas, an above-ground swimming pool, a pétanque court and a bar will make your vacation even more unforgettable.
